From the Publisher

Hi again! You might have noticed we’ve been experimenting with some minor changes here and there in the Tippecanoe Gazette, including new section banners with sponsors, adding in new writers to cover our expansion area, and some font tests. I tend to try new things and see if we get feedback, good or bad, so write me at the email below with your thoughts. And get ready: we’re planning some major changes in August, and I’ll be curious to see how many people notice. Thanks for sticking with us as we strive to improve the paper!

We’ve expanded our offerings by adding a new PHOTOGRAPHY website. The Gazette has partnered with SmugMug to make our newspaper photography available online for purchase, both through high-resolution downloads, suitable for emailing and social media sharing, and print purchases! Want a fancy 8x10 printed version of something you saw in the paper, like a parade photo or vintage picture? Chances are it’s available for purchase. Visit www.tippgazette.com to find a link to the new photography website. We are only offering photos taken by our excellent photography staff – thanks Carla! – or photos that were submitted to the paper for publication. Swing by and check out the photo collections - we’re always adding more photos!

Lastly, we’re working hard to cover as many things as possible in and around Tipp City, but we need input, so send us your stories! We have a new email TIPP LINE (get it?), so if you have news tips or story ideas or suggestions on things we should cover, send those to tippline@tippgazette.com and we’ll get on it! And if you have any feedback, good or bad, please write me personally at greg@tippgazette.com.
