Village Idiotz

Over on the locally-produced comedy podcast Village Idiotz, it was ghost stories and tales of driving woe. To listen and subscribe, search for “Village Idiotz with a Z” on Spotify or Apple Podcasts, or visit https://redcircle.com/shows/village-idiotz-with-a-z

  • On episode 13, “Car talk from people who drive cars,” the panel discussed all the things that drive them crazy about drivers. See, I made a pun there! Our guest Zion sat in to discuss car trouble, people following other people in cars, and what happens when you’re driving too fast on a country road and come around a corner and there is a line of cars and you apply the brakes too quickly and flip your car. Excitement guaranteed!

  • On episode 12, it was time for “Creepy ghost stories” from our regular panel of Greg, Abbi and Zoe, along with guests Mae and Bri. Zoe's sister Mae joined us with GHOST Stories, Zoe made fun of Greg's Taco Bell shirt, and Mae related a creepy story about a featureless apparition she and Zoe saw in the woods. They also heard dolls laughing from the closet in their room – that’s not creepy at all!

On the comedy podcast Village Idiotz, two youngs and an old talk about pop culture, movies, music and other topics. Gen "Z"ers Zoe and Abbi talk about things Greg doesn't understand, like Little Yachty and "rizz," while old-timer Greg explains the "ancient times" before the internet existed.

This is our second episode on this project – see Episode 2 for more information on how it got started!

  • Episode 3 of “Air Tippecanoe” was a chance for the newspaper to thank our readers by celebrating the season with some beautiful drone footage shot by our friends at Tipp Fly Guy.
