*BREAKING NEWS* Tipp City Finalizes the Purchase of Tipp Plaza property

According to an announcement from the City Manager, the City of Tipp City has finalized their purchase of the Tipp Plaza complex.

“The City of Tipp City has closed on the property known as ‘Tipp Plaza’ effective Monday, February 24, 2025.  Now that the City is the property owner, in the upcoming months, the following improvements will be made:

• Parking lot improvements

• Landscape beautification and improvements

• Mechanical improvements as needed

• Evaluate exterior lighting

• Make recommendations for repairs/additions for the safety of those who visit the property.

In the next 60 days, we anticipate having conceptual drawings available to share with the public regarding the redevelopment of this property.
