Kimmel shares his cross-country success with Optimists

Tippecanoe High School junior and Division One State Champion Landon Kimmel, along with his father and cross country coach Byron Kimmel, were the guest speakers at the January 18th Tipp-Monroe Optimist meeting.  Landon and his father detailed the many months of hard work and dedication that went into training, winning the State meet, and setting a new state record time this past fall.  Landon (right) is pictured with Optimist president Tim Eggleston.
