Hi everybody, it’s Greg. Just touching base and hoping you’re having a great and exciting holiday season! Thanksgiving was great here at the paper, and we’re very much looking forward to the holidays. We are also publishing two specials over the next two issues: a winter sports preview on December 11, and a Christmas puzzle book on December 18. Both are free and included with your purchase of the paper. Keep an eye out for them!

Just a reminder for our subscribers: we do not publish a paper during the week between Christmas and New Year’s, so this year, there will not be a paper put out on January 1, 2025. The staff takes the week off, and I hope you do too! We will put out a paper on Christmas Day, December 25, and then we will be back with a fresh paper on January 8, 2025.
Also, we are looking for writers! We need young writers who can cover stories of interest to young people, especially high school students. If you have any contacts or know anybody who would like to write stories of interest to young folks, reach out to me at greg@tippecanoegazette.com and we’ll get in touch with them.
