Sip Coffee Co. celebrates ribbon cutting at new location

The Tipp City Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Sip Coffee Co. on Friday, November 15, marking the grand opening of its first brick-and-mortar location at 128 E. Main Street in Tipp City. After four years as a mobile business, Sip Coffee Co. has found its permanent home, bringing a fresh, handcrafted coffee experience to the community.

Sip Coffee Co. began in 2020 as a mobile cart, serving specialty lattes at weddings, showers, and other celebrations. In 2022, owner Brooke Deaton transformed a camper into a mobile coffee hub, delighting customers in West Milton. Now, her dream has come to life with the opening of her coffee shop in the heart of Tipp City.

The shop offers a thoughtfully curated menu featuring classic flavors like caramel, mocha, honey, and vanilla, and it’s already earning a reputation for its signature drink, The Nova—a latte with sweetened condensed milk inspired by Spanish and Cuban coffee traditions.

Beyond beverages, Sip Coffee Co. serves a variety of delicious offerings, including sweet and savory toasts on homemade sourdough bread, bagels, yogurt parfaits, and pastries from a local baker. On Mondays, patrons can enjoy Deaton’s own homemade scones, with other treats like pop tarts, coffee cake, and muffins available throughout the week.

Deaton’s love for coffee began during her time working at Winans Coffee & Chocolate in Troy, and her passion is reflected in her partnership with Troy-based Purebred Coffee Co., which provides the shop’s coffee beans.

The Tipp City Chamber of Commerce welcomes Sip Coffee Co. to the community and encourages residents to visit this exciting new addition to Main Street.
