Council begins approval for Summit Landing Subdivision, Appoints Board Members

At its January 8 meeting, Tipp City Council approved the Construction Agreement for a plat of 24 lots, configured for single-family homes, located at the Summit Landing Subdivision, Section 1, 3401 Peters Rd. Council also heard the first reading of an Ordinance to approve the final plan for the plat. All plat developments within Tipp City boundaries must be approved by the city.

According to the builder’s website, the Summit Landing subdivision will be constructed by Arbor Homes in several phases: “Coming Soon to Tipp City, Ohio, Arbor Homes provides affordable new homes and multiple floor plan options - designed for ease of living. Summit Landing is located in the highly sought-after Troy City School District and just minutes off the I-75, making commuting easy to all the Dayton area.” Plans submitted to the city on March 1, 2022, show a planned total of up to 172 homes built in phases along with 7 lots set aside for green space. Plans also shows road connections to the south into the Windmere subdivision.
