Odawara Automation Employee celebrated her 50th Anniversary with the company!
Teresa Douglas will be celebrating her 50th anniversary with the company in January. She started working for Odawara Automation — at that time, the company was named Ott-A-Matic Inc. – as a co-op student during her senior year in high school. Over the years, she has worked in every commercial area of the business, moving from light clerical duties to Office Manager. Teresa has been part of the company’s growth as it has physically moved from Huber Heights to Vandalia and finally to Tipp City, Ohio in 1990.
As a global supplier of manufacturing equipment, Teresa works with Odawara’s vendors and coordinates much of the company’s logistics with our customers around the world and Odawara’s parent company in Japan. Teresa Douglas has been a key employee for many years. Odawara Automation is thankful for her work ethic and dedication.

Miltonian Woman’s Club continue anniversary celebration
The Miltonian Woman’s Club continued their 100th anniversary celebration on December 6 with a delicious lunch, champagne toast, and anniversary cake (baked by Tracy Sarver) at the Hale House in West Milton. During the program portion, each member stated their cherished memory of a special time, occasion, experience and/or paid tribute to another member who influenced them during this sentimental segment. It has been an exciting and enlightening time in the life of the MWC history to celebrate this milestone and centennial as an organized club. Our 2023-2024 Officers are Assistant Secy/Treas Kay Wagner; Secretary Kim Dohrman; Vice President Tracy Sarver; President Sandra Magel and Treasurer Dawn Jay.
